​My name is Rick Rodriguez, and I’m one of the co-founders of Hirely, LLC. It’s a pleasure to meet you. With seven years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve developed a deep passion for integrity and excellence in every project I undertake. This experience has equipped me with the skills to identify competent, qualified, and experienced staffing solutions for businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that arise when construction teams are uncoordinated and improperly trained. I’ve witnessed teams learning on the job, using equipment incorrectly, and unfortunately, even workplace injuries. These issues create several avoidable and unnecessary problems, leading to both hard and soft costs for businesses. On the job training is costly, timely, and attrition permits repetition of this challenge; while improper training creates another hurdle to clear in completing a project on time and on budget. An answer to this challenge is a team that is experienced, qualified, and competent in their scope of duties. Driven by a commitment to integrity and client satisfaction, I co-founded Hirely, LLC.
